Trying to Identify Old Kwik-Way Valve Refacer

I have acquired an old Kwik-Way vale refacer as part of an estate.  It's very dirty, but appears to be in working order.  The motors work, has belts (I think I even have spares), everything cranks smoothly and moves smoothly.  Beyond that, I have no idea of its condition.  I'm considering selling it, assuming it still has usefulness to someone.  Can anyone tell from the photos the age and model of this unit?  The machine number is hard to read, but might be "31008".  Photos are at http://www.learningapi.com/files/ebay/kwikway/
