Kwik-Way is usually pretty good about giving out copies of their old equipment manuals.  Have you tried calling their 800 number and asking for the manuals you need?  You can reach them at 800-553-5953.

Even better news now!  Kwik-Way now has an "Out of Print Manuals" section on the website.  And if you don't see the manual you are looking for you can request one and they will try and get it online for you.  The out of print manuals section is located here.
